Are your sunglasses genuine?

All our sunglasses are genuine and come with authenticity cards and the original manufacturer’s warranty and packaging. We also have a high street shop (Stephen Donald Eyewear) along with our website where we sell the same stock, so you can be assured they are 100% genuine. You can verify our high street shop by using the Ray-Ban Store Locator and entering Nottingham into the city field.

Do I get a guarantee?

All our sunglasses come with a full 12 month manufacturer’s guarantee. In the event that there is a problem with your sunglasses, simply return them to us and we will replace them for you free of charge.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard UK delivery is free and guaranteed next day UK delivery (subject to stock availability) costs £5.95. Delivery to selected international countries costs £12.00. We also offer Saturday delivery in the UK, which costs £12.95.

How long does delivery take?

All next day delivery orders placed before 4pm Monday-Friday are dispatched the same day when the sunglasses are in stock and will be delivered before 1pm the next working day. Standard delivery orders are sent within 5-10 working days and generally are delivered the next day after being dispatched, subject to stock availability. International delivery orders are dispatched the same day and are usually delivered within 5 working days, subject to stock availability. Please note, these timescales are guidelines only. Delivery times can be shorter, or longer, than the timescales quoted for reasons beyond our control.

We deliver to the UK, and the following European countries:

Can I return my sunglasses if they are not suitable?

Simply return your unworn sunglasses and we will refund or exchange them for you.

Our standard returns policy is within 14 days, however, we will allow returns up until the 14th January if purchased in November, or December.

Do you price match?

We do offer a price matching service and will match the price on any genuine like for like product. For full details about our price matching service, please see our terms and conditions page.

Can I pick up my order form from your high street shop?

Currently, it is not possible to do this, however, we are looking at offering this in the future.
